About the role
We at Carbiz are looking for an ambitious and energetic People & Culture Advisor to help take our business to the next level! This role will take you across all parts of HR and the business from recruitment to policies, training, administration, performance and culture. This role will suite a HR professional who like us, is also looking to take their career to the next level!
This position will require you to use your excellent communication, time management skills and experience to work closely with the CEO and Senior Management team in addressing its human resource needs nationally. The role is based in Mascot, Sydney and is permanent part-time with hours to be determined for the right candidate.
