Our story
Carbiz began in 2016 as a car brokerage with a mission to help customers get a better deal, operating out of a converted garage. A year later, a friend was involved in an accident that wasn’t their fault and needed a car while theirs was being repaired. We stepped in to help, delivering our very first replacement car. That simple act revealed a bigger gap in the automotive insurance industry, and from that moment, Carbiz as you know it was born.
Today, with over 15 branches, 200 staff and 1,000 partnerships, Carbiz continues to grow and set the industry standard for replacement cars.
